"Today Eleri Mills stands alone as a poet painter. Eleri records her love of her native land and she records it with great sensitivity and talent: for she is a superb draughtsman and this is at the heart of all that she does. In her art Eleri mills has a voice which is seldom heard, for it is a tender voice and far removed from the cacophony of the art world today" Sir Kyffin Williams RA 2003.
Mae Eleri Mills yn byw ac yn gweithio yn Nyffryn Banw, Sir Drefaldwyn, lle cafodd ei magu. Mae wedi arddangos ei gwaith yn eang ym Mhrydain a thramor, yn cynnwys yr Amgueddfeydd o Gelfyddyd Fodern yn Kyoto a Tokyo, Museu Textil d'Indumentaria, Barcelona a'r Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas, Madrid. Mae ei gwaith mewn nifer o gasgliadau cenedlaethol, sy'n cynnwys Oriel Gelf Whitworth, Manceinion, Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru, Aberystwyth, ac Amgueddfeydd Cenedlaethol yr Alban Caeredin. Yn Eisteddfod Genedlaethol, Porthmadog 1987 fe enillodd y Fedal Aur am Grefft, ac yn 1997 hi oedd enillydd gwobr Celfyddyd y Pwyth yn y Barbican, Llundain.
